Week one is the intensive part — several focused working sessions with your real numbers on the table. From week two it's one deliberate move a week, about an hour, plus one call. The Install is designed for owners who are already busy; creating room is part of the work itself, not a prerequisite for it.
No. Coaching mostly helps you do what you'd already decided, faster. The Install changes what your work produces: we diagnose with real numbers, build the engine together, and you operate it. Build-shaped, not advice-shaped.
No. I've run group programmes: the energy and the sense of belonging were genuinely good, but members didn't make the level or speed of progress my one-to-one clients did, and that didn't sit right with me. So delivery is one-to-one, every week. The founding group adds up to four other owners as a sounding board — a bonus on top, never the delivery.
